“Soma” is the greek word for the “body”

I love this word.

Not just because I am Greek, but because this word encompasses one of the values of the ancient Greek world: to be physically strong.

It's easier to be happy if you are healthy.
It's easier to feel beautiful in a strong body.

The body is fair, raw and real. It's not tricky, like the mind.

Be more somatic, and the rest will fall into place.

Physical well-being often contributes to overall happiness and self-confidence.

The idea that the body is straightforward and genuine, unlike the complexities of the mind, is quite thought-provoking.

Embracing a more somatic approach to life can indeed help in finding balance and fulfillment.
