Faye is a lead teacher in yoga trainings and a passionate international yoga teacher.

 

A former teacher of Greek literature and poetry, Faye completed her yoga trainings in India and Greece and over the years has created her own style of Vinyasa.

 

Her teaching experience began 10 years ago, and since then she has taught in many different countries and in a variety of workspaces.

Faye focuses on developing a movement culture through yoga practice, enabling practitioners to explore their physical potential and experience yoga beyond asana.

 

What lies behind her vinyasa is a method of empowering practitioners to gradually build confidence, self-belief and inner strength.

Every day is a new beginning and you can start over as many times as needed.

But you have to start right.

 

Start with your body. Step on your mat , move and breathe …and the rest will eventually fall into place.

 

I strongly believe that movement is medicine.

A good yoga session can be a powerful experience that sets the tone for therest of your day and can reset your mind and balance your emotional state .

“Soma” is the greek word for “body”

I love this word.

 

Not just because I am Greek, but because this word encompassesone of the values of the ancient Greek world, to be physically strong.

 

It’s easier to be happy, if you are healthy.It’ s easier to feel beautiful in a strong body.

 

The body is fair, raw and real .It’ s not tricky, like the mind.

 

Be more somatic and the rest will fall into place.
