About the workshop

 

In this 5-session online workshop, I will guide you step by step through the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, offering accessible modifications to ensure that all practitioners can participate comfortably.

 

Each 75-90 minute session will build progressively, helping you gain confidence in the postures while staying true to the Ashtanga tradition.

 

My approach blends respect for the roots of Ashtanga with the aim of making it more accessible to the average practitioner, offering personalized guidance on alignment, breath control, and mindful movement.

 

Whether you're new to the practice or seeking to refine your Ashtanga journey, this workshop is designed to support your growth and transformation.
